Need help on Restoring the RX135 4 speed to original 1

Hi Team,

First of all i introduce myself. I started my passion/Mad :p on RX from last 8 months, when i started riding on RX 135 4 speed, never like to ride in other bikes. From that time onwards i started looking into the RX more. My first own bike is RX 135. I brought this for 38K. Spend around 12K for rebore, crank soft, tyre and some old carburetor and other minor changes.

I will be riding the bike below 60 max 70 but i am getting 42 KM per litre. I read/hear that RX135 should give around 55KM/L.

Below are the requirements i am looking for;

Need to modify to new original 135 (Like showroom release :o).

1) Having problem in gear change mainly during gear down change in traffic. Sometimes it gets stuck. This need to be rectified. (Team here i need your comments what are all the things i need to look into and which parts do i need to change. Can i get that original parts).
2) I got the old Carburator its 4TL01 not sure whether its working fine or not. My mechanic changed few parts here and there not sure whether its in proper way & jetting changes buts it gives around 42-44KM/L. And i am seeing sometimes below carburator some leakage was there. So i am thinking to change original 135 4 speed carburator. (Can i get the original

japan mikuni carb ? How much it will cost ) or can i go with modifying the existing carburator with proper jettings. In this my requirement is to get the original performance in mileage & pickup. currently using catalytic silencer.
3) Need to change the Oil pump. (Can i get original japan oil pump ? Cost please)
4) Final is Painting Part. ( Painting job cost without Petrol tank and with petrol tank ?

Can you please guide me where to get these jobs done. Where to get the original parts.
