as i mentioned earlier i purchased undertail exhaust and seat cowl from madbiker aka Angad singh. I paid him through net banking. made a payment of 12300. 9050 for undertail exhaust and 3250 for seat cowl.
he told me the exhaust will b ready to fit and i dont have to do any work or effort on it to get it install
so i transferred the full amount in two installments 5000 and then 7300
after the first instalment after two month he changed his number and stopped answering me on mails but somehow using my sources i got his all the details. house address his father's number and IP address everything and contacted him. and made second transaction.
one week after the second and final transaction he told that he got seat cowl but exhaust he got is wrong and will take one more week to get it replace. last week he sent me exhaust and told that seat cowl is not fine so he will transfer the amount to me yesterday i got exhaust with two bend pipes but it was'nt the one which i ordered and no spring/brackets/nuts screws were there for fitting. i told him about wrong exhaust so now he saying that he cant do anything and i have to pay for courier charges to send the exhaust back to him i was like ok.but now he saying that i have to get it weld myself and for all the accessory i should get it done myself. and have to wait one more week(atleast)
more on that he have'nt transferred the amount to me and saying some account number problem of mine. i gave him two account details but he is just bluffing and saying that he will transfer the amount via postal order.

and please suggest what to do. i have our call recordings and every proof which i should have.
i am thinking to take legal actions against of him.
please suggest.
