i'm ravish from bangalore, a software engineer by profession, biker & a gamer by passion.
i've been crazy about bikes & biking ever since i was a kid. had to wait till i get my license before i got my hands on a bike.
i've had a bajaj pulsar 150 dts-i from 2003-2009, hero honda karizma 2006-2011. there was this dry & worthless year i can't forget. 2011-2012 when i didn't have a bike! i desperately wanted a bike but not anything less than karizma. options were very limited. i didn't have patience to wait for the bull. although, cruisers didn't suit my personality(both physical & personal choice :P)
finally, after a lot of research, i picked up a 2012 honda CBR 250R.
later on i joined a group called Bangalore CBR 250R Riders & rode with them for a lot of group rides, breakfast rides.etc made lot of good biker friends who are easily accessible & who are technically very sound. every problem i faced with my bike, i got the root cause & a solution within hours :)
made a new friend in one of the rides, Milind Hiremath, yes the winner of Ture Wanderer 2.0. then i started getting more interest in xBhp & wacthed the vidoes on the dvd i got with the maganize. japan road trip & mission red planet. got so inspired & wanted to start riding solo & visit places! from then i started riding solo to nearby places within 200-400kms every sunday. i read few articles & blogs gave me a lot of insight on riding solo on a motorcycle.
