EICMA 2015 saw the launch of the Hyosung GT300R alongside the GD450, Aquila GV300 and 2016 GT650R.
The Hyosung GT300R is set to replace the GT250R with it's new engine and design. The bike has a fresh new look, which is immediately different from the bike it will be replacing. The 275cc engine has the same bore of 57mm while the stroke has been increased by 5mm to 53.8mm. The mill is tuned to produce 20.5Kw @ 10500rpm of power and 23.5Nm @ 7000rpm. The Fuel Injected bike has a 5 speed gearbox.
The dual headlamps at the front look good with a black panel above it and a generous windscreen. The 15 litre tank looks good along with the exhaust end-can which has a particularly pleasing design. Braking is handled by a 300mm single disc upfront while a 230mm disc is used at the rear. The petal disc brakes also will have ABS. The 150mm section rear tyre adds to the overall good looks of the bike.
Though we do not know the exact dates for this bike's launch in India, it is safe to expect to see this along with the other three bikes Hyosung displayed at EICMA 2015, to be showcased at the Auto Expo to be held in New Delhi in 2016.
