Wonder How HDFC HIRE Staff, Worst Service ever seen...
Grass always remains greener on the opposite side ! It is indeed true. It was a mistake opening my salary account with HDFC.
I booked Mahindra Mojo & was in First 100 Customers of Mahindra Mojo.
I was happy because I would be getting approx 40,000 Worth benefits.
I decided to finance my bike from HDFC only, as I have my Salary Account with them.
I preferred HDFC Bank because I believe unlike those Govt. Undertaking banks whose services are very poor, private banks must be good.
Since I have to handle entire Himachal Pradesh for my company, so I'm on tours whole month.
When I finalized my bike, at that time I was in Shimla, so I approached the HDFC Mall Road branch to enquire on two wheeler loan(super bike category). I don't remember his name but I met a guy whom I told everything & he discussed my case with some senior & told me that loan will be approved in hardly two or three days.
I told him ok I will let you know once I have all the documents & if I'm in Shimla, otherwise I'll finance from Manali or Mandi.
Later I moved back to Mandi (Himachal), as usual due to official work.
I again met the representative there. They told me it will take around three to four days, as approval will come from Shimla. I said ok & asked whether I can apply from Manali, since my Salary account is with HDFC Manali.
They said I can. So I went to Manali & applied from there. I completed all the documents & formality in less than 24 hours & submitted it in Manali.
I could have applied through my company also, as we have corporate tie-up with HDFC, through which I could have got discount on Interest Rate & Processing Fee. But I thought it would be little long process, so I decided to go directly.
On 21st October 2015, I submitted all documents & same day it was sent to Kullu for LOGIN.
I specifically told HDFC that I need to take the delevery before 31st. You have almost 10 days. Kindly do it. I don't want any discount on processing fee or whatever. Just finance my bike to maximum you can or just finance it.
From 21st October my file was kept under processing.
I kept on calling HDFC Bank like freak every single day, because I need to take the delivery of bike before 31st October. Otherwise the benefits of first 100 customers won't be given.
Soon 31st passed & November came.
Now I had to pay for everything from extended warranty, insurance and all other stuff. Benefits of first 100 customers was gone.
Still on goodwill basis Dealer promised me if I take the delivery before Diwali, he can give me little discount on few things but surely not the first 100 customers benefits, as it was only for first 100 customers.
Soon Diwali also passed & now on 19th November 2015 I called bank this evening & I was told that the case was rejected because you need to have minimum 25,000 salary per month.
I don't understand What kind of people HDFC have hired?
From last almost one month I have been calling HDFC bank, as if you guys are giving me loan on without any rate of interest.
It took you freaking one month & you rejected on basis that minimum 25,000 salary is required.
If you need to reject on this basis, Why the hell you can't do that earlier?
Didn't you have my salary slips?
Isn't that comes under minimum Eligibility, which you could have checked earlier?
Why you took freaking one month to reject?
Or Was it that I didn't applied from Shimla Branch, that's why you delayed & cancelled my loan?
If you have told me earlier, I could have financed this from somewhere else & I could have saved my 40,000 rupees.
Nothing can be done what has gone. But I'll make sure. What you did to me doesn't go un-noticed by public & fellow riders.
