Bikes between Rs 90,000 - Rs 1,50,000

Hi Xbhp'ians and moderator,

I am Rahul from Chennai. I am 5.7 ft tall 68 kg, currently own Pulsar UG 4.5 2013 model. I was planning to buy a new bike within the range 90,000 - 1,50,000 and sell my pulsar. The current bike had no signs of comfort while riding in streets, city. Please suggest a bike for me from which given below are my requirements

1. Relaxed riding position
2. Any engine CC 150-200
3. Comfort while riding in streets(potholes), city and highways
4. Refined Engine Performance
5. Better rider and pillion comfort for ladies especially my mom!!!!
6. Good Touring
7. Better tubeless tyres
8. Preferably from Suzuki, Honda and Yamaha 'No to Bajaj'
