Hello mates, My name is Omkar and this is the first time I am posting in xBHP so excuse me for any mistakes. So here is my story.
I completed 18 years of age about 6 months ago, and in these months I have practiced motorcycle riding on a Yamaha FZS since I wasn't knowing how to ride a motorcycle. I applied for my motorcycle license and finally I've got it. Now the time has come for purchasing a new motorbike and I am totally confused between Pulsar 200 NS and KTM Duke 200.
My height is 5'6 and weight is about 48 KGs:apologetic:. Average is not much of a problem since right now I own a TVS Scooty Pep+ which returns a mileage of 25 KM PL (She is five years old though); but average should be at least 35 KM PL or better. Most of my riding is going to be in city, commuting from my flat to my college and classes (About 25 km).
Once a month I'll be visiting home (Mumbai) from Pune and occasional weekend touring with my pals. Comfort level is the main factor since even though I will be running from Pune to Mumbai then back to Mumbai once or max twice a month, I'll be carrying bags with me.
So all my expert friends, after analyzing the given parameters kindly suggest me motorbike perfect for me.
Also I would like to get some depth knowledge of why lowering saddle height of a motorbike is not a good idea.
