I've committed several mistakes in my life, but the one that tops that list is selling my 1990 Std 350 for 10K (Circa 2009) to someone who I'm not very fond of.
I am currently commuting to work on a 2007 CBZ Xtreme. It is going good, I've had issues with pick up that got solved with a cleaning of the head and had a small issue with the CDI (that's what the mechanic said). I am looking for a change as I have been doing short trips of 300-400KM per day during weekends on the CBZ and would like to go back to the RE stable.
Now coming to the question, I've had absolutely no issues with my std 350, I used to get it serviced by Jaf in Chennai. There was just once when I had to replace the clutch cable. Of late I have seen a lot of people going for REs, and a lot of them have been complaining about their brand new rides.
I booked a Classic 350 Ash on 09 May 2015. (Wait time of 4 months)
How good are the latest REs, should I stay or should I go for a second hand RE :confused:
