[What Bike]: Yamaha R15 V2 or Honda CBR 250R

This is my first post in this forum though I have been a member for a long time. I live in Chennai.

I currently own a 2006 Pulsar 150 dtsi (guess its UG2, with headlight fairing, alloy wheels, ignition kill switch) and am in need of a new bike. I did not think about buying a new motorcycle since I mostly use my car. But off late, the biker in me has woken up and have been reading reviews after reviews and have almost decided on getting a Yamaha R15 V2.

But I also read that its more of a track oriented machine and may not be suitable for daily long rides. My office is 30kms away and I travel 60 kms each day in my Pulsar. I also read that CBR 250R is more suitable for these distances due to its driving position and large engine. But the OTR of CBR comes around 1.7 lakhs and that of R15 comes around 1.2L which is a huge difference to me.

To put it simply, below are my requirements.

1. Cruising speed of 90Kmph.
2. Daily drive of 60km (20 in city, 40 in highways)
3. FE ~ 35-40
4. Reliability

My height is 5.6 and I just would like to know if R15 will suit my needs. I don't bother much about pillion comfort as I can use my Pulsar for such requirements.
